TERRANOVA® adopts and promotes principles of integrity, transparency, and legality in all relationships with its employees, collaborators, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, in accordance with its Code of Ethics and the Organizational, Management and Control Model adopted by the Company.
To this end, TERRANOVA® has implemented this Whistleblowing reporting channel, intended for the reporting of conduct, acts, or omissions that may constitute violations of applicable laws and regulations, the Code of Ethics, internal policies, or the aforementioned organizational model.
Reports may be submitted also in anonymous form. Each report will be recorded and assigned a unique identification code, known exclusively to the reporting party, who may decide whether or not to provide personal data.
All reports will be managed in strict confidentiality, in compliance with the applicable data protection legislation and according to adequate technical and organizational measures designed to ensure the security of information, the protection of the identity of the reporting person, and the prevention of any form of retaliation.
