MESSAGE FROM THE CEO: Let’s think outside the box!
The last three months have been full of great surprises, energy, new relationships, friends, and adventures.
My thoughts are returning to my team’s extraordinary experiences, and I’m thrilled to share everything with you.
Back to the time, in January, the Terranova Group became bigger thanks to the acquisition of Tecnomatic FE, a leading company that provides excellent flow and temperature measurement devices.
This is a strategic new asset for the company, increasing its positioning as an end-to-end process instrumentation measurement devices provider.
We nailed that.
February has been the month in which we got back to travel again. We were hosted by awesome countries: Egypt for the Egyps Expo and Riyadh for the IPTC Expo.
These trips have been incredibly energizing and inspiring for the companies and for me personally: the issues we are facing globally, starting from the lack of prime materials, the pandemic and the more recent war in Ukraine, push people and companies to find innovation out of the boundaries of the consolidated business.
What a journey.
Last but not least in March we set ready for a new challenge.
We decided to submit our packaging project in cooperation with Hello DTV to the Pentawards, one of the most known global prizes for the best branding & packaging projects.
Our goal is to become one of the most disruptive companies in our industry – in terms of communication and sales proposal – and we are still investing in the path that began almost two years ago.
Fingers crossed!
Finally, let me tell you something I embraced during these 3 months of this new and crazy year. The only way to create a sustainable future is to think outside the box.
How?
Investing in people more than we ever used to.
Creating an environment where people can make mistakes, and at the same time growing the ability to solve them, is the best recipe to be innovators.
